描述

RNase HIII 是一種內(nèi)切核糖核酸酶，與RNase HII類似，特異性切割DNA雙鏈中RNA堿基5’端的磷酸二酯鍵，產(chǎn)生5’磷酸和3’羥基末端的切口。RNase HII還會沿著岡崎片段的RNA部分在多個位點進(jìn)行切割（即RNase H活性）。該酶不水解純DNA鏈或單鏈RNA。RNase HIII偏好Mn²?離子，而RNase HII偏好Mg²?離子。
