介紹

IDH2在膠質(zhì)瘤、急性髓性白血病和骨髓增生異常綜合征中經(jīng)常發(fā)生突變。突變通常涉及蛋白質(zhì)R140和R172殘基的點(diǎn)突變。IDH1和IDH2突變導(dǎo)致有害的“功能獲得”：突變的IDH1或IDH2將異檸檬酸轉(zhuǎn)化為2-羥基戊二酸，而不是將其轉(zhuǎn)化為α-酮戊二酸。2-羥基戊二酸抑制參與表觀遺傳調(diào)控的其他蛋白質(zhì)。

總共可以檢測(cè)和區(qū)分 11 種 IDH2 突變
