介紹

IDH1（異檸檬酸脫氫酶1，IDH1）突變可在膠質(zhì)母細(xì)胞瘤和骨髓增殖性腫瘤中發(fā)現(xiàn)。IDH1突變檢測(cè)可以作為預(yù)后的積極預(yù)測(cè)因子和膠質(zhì)母細(xì)胞瘤患者的分子標(biāo)志物。另一方面，據(jù)報(bào)道，IDH1突變與骨髓增殖性腫瘤的不良預(yù)后相關(guān)。

總共可以檢測(cè)和區(qū)分 5 種 IDH1 突變
