介紹

C-kit（也稱為CD117）可能在某些類型的癌細胞中（包括胃腸道間質(zhì)瘤和黑色素瘤）以高于正常的量或變化的形式出現(xiàn)。測量腫瘤組織中的C-kit量可能有助于診斷癌癥和制定治療計劃。C-kit是一種受體酪氨酸激酶和腫瘤標志物。
