介紹

接受伊馬替尼（格列衛(wèi)）治療的慢性粒細(xì)胞白血病（CML）患者，在BCR-ABL融合基因的酪氨酸激酶結(jié)構(gòu)域中獲得了點(diǎn)突變。尤其是T315I突變被認(rèn)為是一種與伊馬替尼耐藥性相關(guān)的突變，且觀察到的頻率很高。通過BCR-ABL融合基因突變測試監(jiān)測接受伊馬替尼治療的患者，以防止由于突變導(dǎo)致的耐藥性而引起的治療失敗是非常重要的。
